Helpful Tips

Treatment can continue as long a necessary for pain relief.

Remember to Frame the Pain with the Patches.

Patches can be worn continuously but should be periodically removed for bathing and to inspect the area underneath the Patches for irritation or redness.

Many users are satisfied wearing the Patches at only night for treatment while they are sleeping.

For maximum relief, if practical, it is suggested that Patches be kept in place for 72 continuous hours and removed only for bathing. Some users report only slight improvement the first day and dramatic results by the third day.

If necessary athletic or medical tape can be used to keep Patches in place. Depending on the area you are treating, socks or stretchy snug clothing also work well to keep the Patches in place while you are sleeping.

If the Patches are too long for a specific treatment area, they can be trimmed from the bottom with a pair of scissors.

Any residue from the Patches on your skin after removal of the Patches can easily be cleaned up with warm soapy water or an alcohol wipe.
